Info
Every piece I make is handmade by me. Because of the materials and techniques I use, lots of my pieces end up being completely unique — especially those that feature sea glass or other natural elements. No two are ever exactly the same, and that’s part of what I love about creating them.
I care a lot about honesty and accuracy, so most of my items are listed and photographed individually. That means the photos you see are usually of the exact piece you’ll receive.
Sometimes I’ll make a design that can be repeated, and in those cases I might list more than one at a time. If that happens, I’ll only reuse the same photos when any differences are absolutely tiny. You’re always more than welcome to get in touch if you’d like extra photos or more details before buying.
Packaging & Shipping
Each item comes wrapped in a little hessian fabric bag, and I post everything in a recyclable padded envelope that fits neatly through a standard letterbox.
Orders within the UK are sent using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, which usually takes about 2–3 working days once it’s on its way.
Please just keep in mind that I can’t guarantee exact delivery times — that estimate is a guide only.
Returns
Your happiness with your order honestly means the world to me. If something’s not quite right, please don’t hesitate to reach out straight away and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.
If for any reason you’re not completely delighted with your purchase, I’m more than happy to accept returns. Just get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item, and pop it back to me within 14 days.
I just ask that the piece is returned in its original packaging and in its original condition — so unaltered and cared for. You’ll need to cover the postage cost for the return, and once I’ve received it, I’ll issue your refund right away.
Caring for Your Jewellery
All of my jewellery is handmade, so a little bit of extra care will help it stay beautiful for years to come.
Try to keep it away from perfumes, hairspray, moisturisers, or cleaning products — they can sometimes cause silver to tarnish or dull the finish. Bleach products, in particular, can be especially harsh on silver.
The good news? My jewellery is made from solid sterling silver, so it will not turn your skin green or leave any marks. Any slight tarnish that appears over time is completely natural and can easily be polished away with a soft cloth (like the one I include with your order).
When you’re not wearing your jewellery, it’s best to store it somewhere dry — ideally in an airtight bag or box — to help slow down any natural tarnishing. Keeping pieces separate will also stop them from scratching against one another.
Sea glass is a bit tougher thanks to all the tumbling it’s been through, but at the end of the day, it’s still glass — so treat it gently and it’ll stay lovely.
About the Sea Glass
Every piece of sea glass I use is 100% genuine — and has been collected from the beache near my home.
Sea glass starts out as ordinary glass that was once discarded into the sea or onto beaches. Over decades, the waves smooth and frost each piece, giving it that soft, weathered beauty that makes it so special.
The colour and quality of each piece determine how rare it is, and I always try to photograph them as true to life as possible.
Each one is carefully washed and checked for sharp edges before I set it into a piece of jewellery.
💌 A Little Note from Me
